Our home is a non smoking house.

A 4wd vehicle is a must.  Our home is located near the top of a mountain accessible by dirt road only.  Not easy to get to, but worth the trouble.  Usually no more then 3-4 cars passing our home a day.  It is very quiet. Beautiful sunsets over the ocean from our Living room terrace.
